Proceso de reporte de incidentes

Si usted ha presenciado o ha sido víctima de amenazas de violencia, incidentes de intimidación o acoso, STRI y el Smithsonian ofrecen varias opciones para obtener ayuda, ya sea que desee reportar un caso, hablar sobre estrategias de resoluciones de conflicto o simplemente hablar con alguien de forma confidencial.

These volunteers have no formal Smithsonian training, but are trusted community members, have volunteered to act as a first point of contact for concerns and are happy to talk with you unofficially. Because they are not mandatory reporters, they have no legal obligation to report anything to the Smithsonian administration. They will act in complete confidentiality. SI Civil Program

You can report any issues through the program Voice It, available 24/7 in English and in Spanish.

The SI Civil Program Coordinator will determine whether an investigation is necessary. Depending on the severity of the incident, the SI Civil Program Coordinator will consult with you on possible outcomes including mediation between the parties, having the perpetrator attend trainings, disciplinary action, or other outcomes.
